Retail/Brick and Mortar transformation into a true 1:1, low touch, High service model, can happen today.

There is now an opportunity to drive hyper-personalization in a true GDPR like privacy framework, in an inverted, human in the center, model . The supply chain starts with the person. If a trust contract can be created between the human and the store, you enable personalization, Friction is taken out of the supply chain and all subsequent processes. I worked with #Cabelas years ago, and they were working on this concept. The #Cabelas Black Card, was truly the leader in the industry, so you did have that component, but there was no way for the individual to “push”, make known their desires.
We have been working on this model, and with Covid having changed our model of shopping, there opportunity is there to deliver it. This is a disintermediation of the current Amazon/Google models, and creates a new multi-channel model for brick and mortar.
This is privacy from the ground up. Embeds “proofed” Identity from someone like #idemia (staying anonymous), and moves from a predictive model to a N-CIRL, or CIRL AI model.
