Tim is known for providing expert legal strategies and authentic executive leadership. He has built a robust career in public service as an elected member of the State House of Representatives in Colorado. While in this role, he represented 9 counties and over 90,000 citizens at the state capitol. His career of measurable success includes a healthy, thriving law practice capable of supporting government and public affairs at local state(s) and national levels, as well as providing key adviser and leadership to businesses of varying sizes and needs.
Tim earned his Juris Doctorate at the University of Denver, where he graduated with honors and was recognized with the Academic Excellence Award in Trial Practice.

Founded DataNexus (the core of the Amari Platform) in 2015 with the vision of creating the first multi-purpose, secure, open source, real-time data streaming service in the marketplace.
He is recognized internationally for his expertise and thought leadership in big data, security and the cloud. He has served in a variety of roles during his 28+ year career working with startups and Fortune 500 companies.
Previously he served as the CTO of the Emerging Technologies Group (EMG) where he oversaw the $2B product technology portfolio as well as R&D teams in analytics, cloud, cyber, IoT, and social/mobile. Prior to EMG, he was the Chief Evangelist at Splunk where he presented at events internationally and collaborated with clients on data strategy. Additionally, he helped to revolutionize the way Expedia delivers their core customer applications using highly scalable data environments which resulted in improved user experience.
Founded Amari in 2018 with the vision of applying AI to advocate for the rights of the human person.
Prior to Amari, he founded Navidec, Inc., one of the first Java development shops (and pioneer of the World Wide Web) with the help of Silicon Graphics, Netscape and Sybase. The company went public in three years and he had a successful exit. Next, he was part of a three-person team at Oracle defining their eBusiness strategy, then owned the early cloud (ASP) market and created Oracle’s Life Sciences business.
Jon has also had successful sales leadership roles at SAP and CSC (now DXC). At SAP, he helped define the go-to-market strategy for the NetWeaver products in North America. While at CSC, he was the overall sales leader for the America’s Digital Applications business with a $1+ billion P/L and sales organization of 150+ sales reps and solution architects.
Kevin has been an innovating leader and highly accomplished business development practitioner in the technology industry for 35 years. His career spans roles in corporate sales leadership within the technology and business consulting industries including roles with Compaq Computers, HP/EDS, Accenture, and Capgemini Consulting. He has helped to transformed several sales organizations and established multiple new vertical markets and strategic market relationships. Most recently, Kevin has been involved pioneering IoT/Data and customer experience eco-systems for emerging smart city and other connected market strategies.
Prior to Amari, Kevin was involved in a number of startups resulting in successful exits, including SalvageSale.com (acquired by Ritchie Bros. Auctions), Intechra (acquired by Arrow Electronics), and Enavate, Inc. (surviving entity of MBS Dev and Celenia Corp acquisitions).
