A new Social Media model: The Amari model for a Covid, Contactless Commerce and Social Media implementation, “Demo included”
I have done consulting work in eCommerce, and Retail and we worked with SAP’s Hybris group on a model that applies today for a Contactless, low touch, High Cx preference model where you are initiating a collaboration between the customer and commerce provider to drive personalization.
Key elements to the model are:
2. Trust, through blockchain audit
3. Identity, I say this for a mobile pharma delivery use case (Identity at the door) and for lane buster checkout
4. Persistence, the data model is persistent and accumulates past behavior to drive a push of complete behavior.
This then is an inverse model. The search for product is a vertical search, no google search (google killer). In this case it was the Hybris Core product DB for search. Thus you will see Unilever products in the model. Its a new type of social media, which I call actionable AI.
